We have a CNC milling machine to cut through any needed material (pmma, pvc, mdf, alluminium and conglomerate), computer-controlled aluminum bender used to bend 3d letterrs aluminum tape - smooth or profiled.

Letters made of flat aluminum tape (with overlayed face)
FLT aluminium tape allows you to bend letters in the unique shape and elegant look. In this technology we can obtain 3d letters that are from 5 to 150 cm.

Letters made of double folded profile
Double folded profile is one of the most common profile on the market. It has a fold, which makes this tape stronger and give the letter very high end look. In this technology we can obtain blocks 3d letters that are from 12 to 200 cm.

Letters made of triangle aluminium profile
The use of the triangular profile guarantees a unique and original letter finish. This profile is characterized by mechanical durability and a thickness of 0.9 mm - this is the thickest tape in our offer. It can be powder coated. In this technology we can obtain 3d letters that are from 15 to 200 cm.

3D Letters using the ELKAMET profile (for very large letters)
For very large letters we use the Elkamet profile. It is a plastic edge-line tape with a metal core, used for manufacturing block letters, with a groove for putting PMMA (3mm) in. It comes in sizes between 25 to 50mm. It ensures the proper operation of large plastic surfaces, making the letters more resistant to atmospheric conditions (temperature fluctuations). It is available in lengths of 4 m and in rolls of 50 m - in many different color variants.
